Our main facility, Cleveland Vocational Industries, Inc., is located in Shelby, North Carolina. Our Outsourcing and Order Fulfillment, Product Fulfillment Center is centrally located near Charlotte, Hickory, Statesville, Mooresville, and South Carolina. Our main outsourcing and fulfillment center is 57,000 square feet. We have a remote warehouse that is 27,000 located approximately 10 miles north of Cleveland Vocational.

With twice the acreage of land to expand on there's plenty of room to continuously bring on new partners. So, no matter how big or small your job is, we have the room, manpower, and expertise to meet your outsourcing and fulfillment needs!

FulfillmentOutsource.com has been in the outsourcing and fulfillment business since 1984. We provide fulfillment and outsourcing for companies anywhere in the world that need a North America East Coast partner.

Successes

These graphs were extracted from the end of project report in December of 2008. The graph on the left shows the amount of orders fulfilled for each year that we did this job. The success here is the sheer volume of orders fulfilled and the miniscule amount of errors depicted in the graph above.

Each year we had 2 months to prepare brochures that would be mailed to each customer. The customers would then have a 2 month period to make the orders via mail or our web site. Immediately thereafter all orders must be fulfilled, palletized, warehoused, and ready for shipment.

This particular job required that we warehouse all the orders until delivery. We had 2 days in which we had to deliver all 20 plus thousand orders.

During this last week any orders that need to be changed, moved, reprocessed, etc... must be located, pulled, and then resolved. This requires intense organization. Therefore the location of every order is always known throughout our entire fulfillment process.
